PACE: Connecting seniors to community
Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly, or PACE, offers practical support for seniors to continue living independently in their communities. Our array of services includes medical care, in-home support, rehabilitation, transportation and more. For seniors who are eligible for nursing home care but able to live safely at home, PACE’s supportive network bridges the gaps.
Who is eligible for PACE?
PACE eligibility requirements include:
- Age 55 or older
- Being able to live safely in the community
- Being eligible for nursing home care
- Living in Loma Linda University Health PACE service area (San Bernadino and Riverside counties)

- Comprehensive offerings: Participants can stay within our healthcare system for all their needs. We also provide in-home services like nutritional support and safety evaluations.

A day with PACE will start with a greeting from our friendly driver. Then you’ll benefit from physical therapy, routine medical care, socializing with other participants and a wholesome meal. For your convenience, we offer accessible showers and on-site laundry.
